Accessibility
Last updated September 2026
We want FlowFits to work for everyone who runs a TikTok Shop, whatever they use to browse. This page says where we are and what is still missing.
The target
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA for the marketing site and the studio.
What is in place
- Every page works at phone width without sideways scrolling, and text can be zoomed to 200 percent.
- Navigation, buttons and forms can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the menu button says whether it is open.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Videos on the marketing site are silent and looped, so nothing plays sound without being asked.
- Headings run in order and every page has a title that says what it is.
- Colour is never the only way anything is told apart; the red buttons carry text.
What is known not to be there yet
- The rows of videos that drift across the home page pause when you hover or touch them, but there is no pause button yet.
- The live counters on the home page change every few seconds and are not announced to screen readers.
- Some small print on the home page uses a light grey on near-black that sits below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio.
- The tutorial videos have their captions burnt into the picture; there is no separate caption track or transcript yet.
- The studio itself (behind sign-in) has not had a full audit. The drag-and-drop areas for photos and the video pickers do not all have a keyboard-only path.
- Your system's reduced-motion setting is not yet respected by every animation on the site.
Tell us
If something on the site or in the studio does not work for you, write to CONTACT EMAIL with the page and what happened. A person reads every message; we aim to answer within five working days and to fix real blockers first.
