What the studio is

FlowFits is a web studio that turns your product photos into AI-generated videos and images for TikTok Shop and other platforms. You drop a photo, pick a workflow, and the studio renders the video and checks it before it reaches your Library. It is a tool. It does not post for you, run your account, or promise sales.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and using the studio for your own business.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Seats are per person; sharing one sign-in across a team is not allowed unless your plan includes the seats.
• You are responsible for everything done from your account.

Plans, credits and billing

• Billing is through Whop. Your plan renews on the date shown at checkout until you cancel it in Whop. Whop's own terms apply to the payment itself.
• Credits. Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of credits. A credit is one second of V1 video; an image is one credit; the exact rates are on the pricing page and in the studio.
• Credits reset every month and do not roll over. Unused credits at the end of a billing month are gone. Top-ups are added to the current month and expire with it.
• No refunds. Rendering a video costs us money the moment it runs, so payments are not refunded, in full or in part, once a billing period has started. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
• No free videos. There is no free trial, no free credits and no sample renders outside a paid plan.
• A video that fails our own quality check is re-rendered or held, and you are not charged the credits for the failed try. A video you asked for and received is charged whether or not you post it.
• Prices can change. A change applies from your next renewal and we tell you before it does.

What you own

The videos and images the studio makes for you are yours. You may use them commercially: post them, run them as ads, put them on a store page, edit them, on any platform. You keep the rights to the photos and videos you upload; you give us permission to process them, and to keep them in your Library, only to do the work you asked for.

The studio itself, its workflows, styles, characters and prompts, stays ours. You may not copy the service, resell access, or scrape it.

What you must not do

• Upload photos of a product you do not sell or are not allowed to promote.
• Use the likeness of a real person without their permission, or ask for a video that pretends to be a specific real person.
• Make videos that misrepresent a product, claim results it does not have, or break TikTok's, another platform's, or the law's rules on advertising and disclosure.
• Upload anything sexual, hateful, violent, or aimed at minors.
• Try to get around plan limits, rate limits or the sign-in.

We can hold, remove or refuse a video that breaks these rules, and close an account that keeps breaking them, without a refund.

Posting is on you

The studio never posts on your behalf and never touches your TikTok account. How, where and whether you post is your decision and your responsibility, including any AI-content label a platform asks for. We check every video for the things that get Shop accounts in trouble, but no check is perfect, and we cannot promise a platform will never act on a video.

AI output

Videos are generated by AI models. They can be wrong, odd or different from what you pictured. Watch every video before you post it. Results other people show on our site are their own and are not a promise of yours.

Availability

We aim to keep the studio up and rendering, and the outside providers it depends on sometimes go down. Credits are not lost when a render is delayed; a render that cannot complete is not charged. We can change or remove a workflow, style or feature, and pause the service for maintenance.

Liability

The studio is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost accounts, platform decisions or other indirect loss, and our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in those twelve months.

Ending things

You can cancel in Whop at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. We can close an account for breaking these terms. Either way, download your videos before the retention period in the privacy policy runs out.

The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stands. When the terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the studio tells you on your next sign-in. Questions: CONTACT EMAIL, or write to LEGAL ENTITY NAME, ADDRESS.
