Who we are

The studio is run by LEGAL ENTITY NAME, ADDRESS. Questions about this policy go to CONTACT EMAIL.

What we collect

• Your account. The name you sign in with, the email and plan Whop tells us about when you buy, and the time you sign in.
• What you upload. Product photos, reference videos and any text you type into the studio, so we can make your videos.
• What the studio makes. The images and videos generated for you, kept in your Library so you can download them again.
• Usage. Which workflows you run, how many credits you use, and the errors the studio hits, so we can fix things and enforce plan limits.
• Security. Your IP address and browser details on sign-in and on every request, kept in server logs to stop abuse and password guessing.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies today. If that changes, this page changes first.

Cookies

Two cookies, both needed for the studio to work: a signed session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cookie with your name so the studio can stamp who made what. No third-party cookies.

How we use it

• To make the videos and images you ask for and keep them in your Library.
• To run your plan: count credits, reset them each month, and apply the limits of the plan you bought.
• To keep the studio up and safe: rate limits, error reports, abuse checks.
• To answer you when you write to support.

We do not sell your data. We do not post anything on your behalf, anywhere. We do not use your product photos or your videos to advertise the studio without asking you first.

Who else sees it

Making an AI video takes outside providers. Your uploads and the prompts built from them are sent to the ones below only to do the job you asked for:

• AI providers that generate images and videos and read them for quality checks, currently Google (Gemini and Flow), Kling (through useapi.net) and Anthropic (Claude).
• Whop, which handles checkout, billing and receipts. We never see your card number.
• Hosting and storage: Railway (servers), Neon (database) and Cloudflare R2 (files).

Each of these keeps data under its own terms. We pick providers that do not train on customer content where that choice exists.

How long we keep it

Your uploads and generated videos stay in your Library while your account is active. When your plan ends, they are kept for RETENTION PERIOD so you can come back, then deleted. Server logs are kept for LOG RETENTION PERIOD. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete your account, your uploads and your videos.
• Ask us to correct something that is wrong.

Write to CONTACT EMAIL from the email on your Whop account and we will answer within 30 days.

Age

The studio is for adults running a business. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Changes

When this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the studio tells you on your next sign-in.
