BatchBot pricing: what each plan costs and what one video costs

Updated

In short

BatchBot has three monthly tiers: Start costs $19 for 2,250 credits, Scale $49 for 6,000 and Max $99 for 12,500, each opening with a 7-day free trial. Its FAQ charges 200 credits for an 8-second AI video, which works out to about $1.69, $1.63 and $1.58 per video on those plans. Unused plan credits roll over up to one month's allowance.

Prices read from batchbot.io on 2026-10-01 by the FlowFits team, which runs a competing product. They match what we read there on 2026-09-18. BatchBot's terms allow it to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers, so confirm on its site before you buy.

BatchBot plans as listed on batchbot.io, 2026-10-01. Per 8-second video = plan price divided by monthly credits, times 200 credits (BatchBot's FAQ price for 8 seconds), rounded to the cent.

All three bill monthly through Stripe; no annual option appears on the page. Each one, by BatchBot's list, includes AI product footage, background removal, batch combining, TikTok showcase import, monthly rollover, unlimited product and footage uploads, and unlimited refill purchases. The plans differ in credits, refill rate and storage, and Scale is marked most popular.

BatchBot credits, and the cost per video worked out

Credits pay only for AI generation. The FAQ sets the rate by length: 100 credits for 4 seconds, 200 for 8 and 300 for 12. Its terms add that costs can vary with the model, resolution, duration or feature chosen. From those figures, the arithmetic for one video runs like this:

  1. Price per credit is plan price divided by credits: $19 / 2,250 = $0.0084 on Start, $49 / 6,000 = $0.0082 on Scale, $99 / 12,500 = $0.0079 on Max.
  2. An 8-second video is 200 credits, so multiply by 200: $1.69 on Start, $1.63 on Scale, $1.58 on Max.
  3. Videos a month at that length: 2,250 / 200 = 11 on Start, 6,000 / 200 = 30 on Scale, 12,500 / 200 = 62 on Max, with a few credits left over on Start and Max.
  4. Bought from refills instead, 200 credits cost 2 x the refill rate: $1.60, $1.20 and $1.00 on the three tiers.
  5. The same method for other lengths: a 4-second video is about $0.84, $0.82 or $0.79, and a 12-second one about $2.53, $2.45 or $2.38.

The plan cards quote different ranges: 14 to 23 videos and AI videos at $0.80 to $1.28 on Start, for example. The page does not say what length those assume. The numbers line up with 100 to 160 credits per video at the refill price, which is shorter than 8 seconds by the FAQ's rates, so for an 8-second video the 200-credit figure is the one to plan with.

One more variable: most user-published formulas in the public library showed an author markup on 2026-10-01, from 3% to 45.5%, while official formulas showed none. If a markup is charged on top of the render, running a community formula costs more than the table above.

Free trial, refills and rollover

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that you can cancel before it ends; the page says the full plan credits unlock when the trial ends but does not state how many credits the trial itself includes. The terms add that trial credits expire at the end of the trial, that a card, where one is required, is not charged until then, and that trial length and amounts can change.

Refills are bought at your tier's rate whenever you run short, and refill credits, per the FAQ, have no expiry date. Unused subscription credits are kept for the following month, up to a cap equal to one month's allowance, so a Scale account can bank up to 12,000 credits in total. Subscription payments are non-refundable except for verified billing errors, a refill pack becomes non-refundable once any of it is used, and cancelling keeps the plan running through the billing period already paid for.

How FlowFits prices, for comparison

FlowFits does not ask you to convert credits into videos yourself. Its monthly plans are sized in 8-second videos, with the cost per video printed beside each one, and that price covers the opening-frame approval and every automatic check on the finished video. Credits reset each month instead of rolling over, top-ups can be bought any time, annual billing costs less, and there is no free plan or trial. See the FlowFits plans for the current figures.

To compare at your own volume, put BatchBot's per-video figure for the tier you would need into the cost calculator as what you pay today, alongside the number of videos you post a month.

Questions

How much is BatchBot a month?

On 2026-10-01: Start is $19 a month for 2,250 credits, Scale $49 for 6,000 and Max $99 for 12,500, all billed monthly, and each begins with a free week.

How many BatchBot credits does one video use?

By its FAQ, 100 credits for a 4-second AI video, 200 for 8 seconds and 300 for 12. Combining videos and uploading products or footage use none, and credits come back automatically when a generation fails.

Do BatchBot credits roll over?

Plan credits do, up to one month's allowance on top of the new month (a Scale account can hold 12,000). Refill credits never expire. Trial credits expire when the trial ends.

Can I get a refund from BatchBot?

Its terms say subscription charges are non-refundable unless BatchBot made a verified billing error, reported within 30 days, and a refill pack is non-refundable once any of its credits are used. Cancelling stops renewal and keeps access until the period ends.
