For online clothing stores
AI fashion videos for online clothing stores
Updated
In short
Online clothing stores can use AI fashion videos to show every item on a person, moving, without a model or a shoot. FlowFits turns the product photo you already list into a vertical try-on video with a consistent AI creator, checked against the item. Boutiques that resell other labels use it for product pages, Instagram and TikTok alike.
Where you are now
A boutique's catalogue turns over constantly. New arrivals land every week from several wholesalers, the photos come from the supplier or a quick flat lay in the back room, and by the time you could book a model the best pieces have sold. So most product pages carry one or two flat product images and nothing that shows how a dress actually hangs when someone walks.
That gap costs you on two fronts. On the product page, shoppers who cannot picture the fit hesitate or buy two sizes and return one. On social, a boutique that posts the same supplier photos as every other stockist of that label looks like every other stockist.
FlowFits works from the photo you have. Drop the image from your listing, pick the store's account, and the saved AI creator wears the piece in a mirror-selfie try-on, in a room you choose. Because the creator stays the same across your catalogue, your videos start to look like your store rather than the supplier's.
How it works with FlowFits
- 01
Use your listing images
The supplier's packshot or your own flat lay is enough. Make sure you have the right to use those images in marketing; many wholesalers grant it, and some ask you to use their own.
- 02
Give the store a face
Save one AI creator who looks like your customer. Over a few weeks, regulars start to recognise them, the way they would recognise a boutique owner who models the stock.
- 03
Choose rooms that suit the store
A Fitting room or Store changing room makes sense for a shop; a Bedroom mirror or Walk-in closet reads as a customer at home. Keep a small set and rotate within it.
- 04
Video each new arrival
Run the week's arrivals through Bulk Drop in one sitting. Approve the first frames, then let the product, phone, cut and anatomy checks finish the job.
- 05
Publish everywhere you sell
Add the video to the product page, post it on Instagram and TikTok, and keep the caption and link from the Library. FlowFits does not post; you do.
What you can make
- A try-on video for every new arrival on the product page.
- A Full Fit video that styles a top, skirt and shoes from your stock together, each piece tagged.
- Weekly new-in posts for Instagram and TikTok from the same videos.
- Slideshow photo posts at 1080 x 1920 for a sale or a restock.
- On-screen text from Add Text announcing sizes back in stock or a drop time.

The workflows behind it
- UGC Ad. Your creator dressed in the product in an 8-second mirror-selfie video with a hook. You approve the first frame before it renders.
- Bulk Drop. A list of products and the accounts that post them, rendered in one run, rooms and hooks rotating.
- Full Fit. Several products (shirt, pants, shoes, shades) worn together in one video, each product tagged for the post.
- Character. An AI creator built from plain words or a reference, saved with its account and used by every workflow.
- Slideshow. A TikTok photo post (1080 x 1920 images) from product photos, the same creator on every slide.
- Add Text. On-screen text in the fonts viral posts use, placed and timed by you, exported at 1080 x 1920.
What 90 videos a month cost
Three videos a day keeps up with a boutique's weekly new arrivals and still leaves room for restock and sale posts. At 3 eight-second videos a day on one account, that is about 90 videos a month, or 720 credits at 8 credits a video.
On today's plans the cheapest way to cover it is Starter at $74 a month plus 2 x $25 top-ups ($50): $124 in all, about $1.38 a video, with the prompt, the first-frame approval and the product check included. Billed yearly, the same month comes to $105.50.
Change the numbers in the AI UGC video cost calculator, or plan the month in the TikTok Shop posting planner.
| Plan | Price | 8-second videos a month | Per video | TikTok accounts | Lanes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $74/mo | up to 60 | $1.23 | 1 | V1 |
| Pro | $149/mo | up to 250 | $0.60 | 3 | V1 and V2 |
| Studio | $329/mo | up to 665 | $0.49 | 6 | V1 and V2 |
| Operator | On a call | 1,200+ | by volume | Unlimited | V1 and V2 |
A credit is one second of V1 video (8 for an 8-second video). Annual billing is 25% off. See the plans
What FlowFits does not do
- AI approximates how fabric moves. For pieces where drape is the selling point, such as silk slip dresses, check the video against the real garment.
- Reselling another label's goods comes with that label's rules on imagery. FlowFits checks product accuracy, not your wholesale agreement.
- It does not connect to Shopify or any store platform, and it does not post to social accounts.
- On TikTok, turn on the AI-generated content label; TikTok requires it for realistic AI video.
Questions
Can a small online boutique afford AI fashion videos?
Plans are sized in videos per month; see the plans and the AI UGC video cost calculator to compare with what a shoot costs you today. There is no free plan.
Can I make videos of brands I resell?
Technically yes, from the product photo. Whether you may use that label's imagery in marketing depends on your agreement with the supplier, so check before you post.
Do AI fashion videos work on a Shopify product page?
Yes. They are vertical 1080p videos you own and can use on any platform. Upload them as product media; FlowFits has no store integration.
Will every video show the same model?
Yes, if you keep one account for the store. The AI creator is saved with that account and appears in every video and image it makes.
