AI UGC for agencies and operators

Updated

In short

Agencies and operators use AI UGC to produce fashion videos for many TikTok accounts at once without managing a roster of creators. FlowFits keeps one saved AI creator per account, renders a list of products across a list of accounts in one Bulk Drop, and files every video by account and day. Team seats and how many accounts each plan covers are on the plans.

Where you are now

An agency running TikTok Shop content for clients, or an operator running a network of its own accounts, has a coordination problem more than a creative one. Each account needs its own face, its own look and its own posting rhythm. Each client needs to see their products shown correctly. And the team needs to know, at any moment, what has been made, approved and posted for whom.

Doing that with human creators means contracts, shipping samples to different cities, chasing deliveries and re-briefing when a video misses. Doing it with general AI video apps means a prompt per video, a face that changes between renders, and nobody checking that the client's product came out right. Either way the agency's margin disappears into management.

FlowFits was built with multi-account work in mind. Every account has its own saved creator, so two clients never share a face. A Bulk Drop takes a list of products and the accounts that post them and renders it in one run. The Library sorts every video by account and day, with the caption, the product link and a tracker of what was posted, so a team can split the work without a spreadsheet on the side.

How it works with FlowFits

  1. 01

Set up an account per client or page

Create each TikTok account in FlowFits and save a creator for it in Character, from plain words or a reference. Brief the client on who that creator is before anything posts.

  2. 02

Agree a house style per account

Build each account's style by multiple choice: opener, closer, room and energy. One client's feed might live in a Penthouse closet on Bougie; another's in a Garage gym on Confident.

  3. 03

    Batch the week

Collect the week's product photos per client, then run one Bulk Drop across all the accounts. Rooms and hooks rotate inside the run so videos do not repeat.

  4. 04

    Approve and review

Someone on the team approves first frames. The product, phone, cut and anatomy checks run on every video; anything that drifts from the product is re-rendered or held rather than delivered.

  5. 05

    Hand off for posting

Posters work from the Library by account and day, with captions and product links ready, and mark what went out. FlowFits does not post; your team or your clients do.

The workflows behind it

What 450 videos a month cost

Fifteen videos a day across six accounts gives each client or page two or three posts a day, which is where most multi-account operations sit. At 15 eight-second videos a day across 6 accounts, that is about 450 videos a month, or 3,600 credits at 8 credits a video.

On today's plans the cheapest way to cover it is Studio at $329 a month: $329 in all, about $0.73 a video, with the prompt, the first-frame approval and the product check included. Billed yearly, the same month comes to $208.25.

What FlowFits does not do

Questions

Can an agency run many client accounts on FlowFits?

Yes. Each TikTok account gets its own saved AI creator, and the Library keeps videos apart by account and day. How many accounts and seats you get depends on the plan.

Can several people on my team use it?

Yes, plans include team seats, and larger plans include more. See the plans for the current numbers.

Who owns the videos an agency makes for a client?

The agency, as the FlowFits customer, owns every video and image and may use them commercially anywhere. How that passes to the client is a matter for your client contract.

Is AI UGC for agencies safe for client accounts?

No tool can promise an account will never get a violation. Keep the product accurate, label AI content as TikTok requires, and never let the AI creator claim to have used the product. Our answer on whether AI TikTok Shop videos get violations goes deeper.
