How to make AI UGC videos for TikTok Shop from one product photo

Updated

In short

Pick a clear product photo, give the account one consistent creator, choose a format and a hook, check the first frame against the listing, then render a short vertical video and check it again before you post. On FlowFits that is: drop the photo, pick the account, answer one or two questions, approve the first frame.

What you need

Step 1: Pick the photo

Everything downstream is read off this photo, so choose the one that shows the whole product in its true colour. A cropped photo hides the cut; a filtered one changes the colour; a busy background can leak into the product. When a listing has several photos, use the clearest front view.

Step 2: Give each account one creator

Viewers follow a person. If every video on an account shows a different face, the account reads as a feed of ads. Save one creator per account and use it for every video and image that account posts. On FlowFits the creator (face, reference photos, styles) is saved with its account, and every workflow uses it.

Step 3: Choose the format

Step 4: Pick the hook and the room

The opening is the part that has to stop the scroll. Choose an opener (how the video starts), a closer (how it ends) and a room that suits the product. On FlowFits these come from 100+ tested styles, and you can build your own by multiple choice on the Styles page, watching each move play before you pick it.

Step 5: Approve the first frame

Before any video renders, look at the first frame: the creator, in your product, in the room. Check the colour, the print, any logo text and the cut against the listing. Fixing a frame is fast; fixing a finished video means rendering it again. On FlowFits you can change anything here in plain words.

Step 6: Render and check

The frame is animated into a vertical video, 8 seconds by default. Watch it once through before you post, looking for:

FlowFits runs these as a product check, a phone check, an anatomy check and a cut check on every video. A video that fails is re-rendered or held, never delivered.

Step 7: Post

Add the caption and the product link, turn on TikTok's AI-generated content setting (TikTok requires a label on realistic AI-generated content), and post. On FlowFits the video lands in the Library by account and day, with the caption and product link ready and a tracker for what has been posted.

Doing it at volume

Once one video works, the same steps run in bulk. FlowFits' Bulk Drop takes a list of products and the accounts that post them, rotates rooms and hooks on its own, and lands the whole drop in one Library. To see what a schedule needs in videos and credits, use the TikTok Shop posting planner.

Questions

How long should an AI UGC video be for TikTok Shop?

FlowFits makes 8-second videos by default, and V1 videos can be 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 seconds. Eight seconds fits one hook and one reveal; test other lengths on your own account.

Do I need the product in hand?

No. Everything runs from one product photo. The video is only as accurate as the photo, so use a clear one.

Do I need to write prompts?

Not on FlowFits: there is no prompt box. In a general AI video app you write the prompt for every video.

What does it cost?

On FlowFits, plans are sized in 8-second videos. The cost calculator works out the plan and the price per video for the number of videos you need.
