Danyal and Lou on AI TikTok Shop: what we said on Nick G's channel

Updated

In short

In October 2026, FlowFits founder Danyal and Lou of The Lucrative Agency sat down with Nick G to talk about AI TikTok Shop. The short version: fashion is the niche for AI, bad AI gets accounts banned, one account becomes many once it works, and the job is shifting from content creator to AI content operator.

Nick G runs a YouTube channel about TikTok Shop accounts. On October 12, 2026 he published a 37-minute conversation with Danyal, who built FlowFits, and Lou, who runs The Lucrative Agency, an agency that trains students to grow AI pages on TikTok Shop. Watch the full interview on YouTube. These are the parts worth knowing, in our words, with who said what.

From filming to AI

Both came from the human side. Danyal was a TikTok Shop affiliate filming his own videos before he switched to AI in late April 2026. In the interview he describes his first AI account earning real commission within its first 30 days, while he was still employed, and says that was the moment he went all in. Lou describes delivering packages for Amazon at 38, never breaking out as a human affiliate, and then growing month over month after switching to AI. The figures they give are in the video and are about their own accounts. They are not typical results, and nobody can promise what an account will make.

Why fashion is the niche for AI

All three agreed on this. Danyal said he and Lou had tested almost every niche with AI and doubled down on fashion because the product sells itself and it sits comfortably inside TikTok's community guidelines. Nick added that supplements and other regulated categories are where AI accounts run into trouble, and that anything you can show on a person tends to be fine. That is the reason FlowFits is built only for fashion: try-ons, shoe point-of-view videos and whole outfits.

Good AI and bad AI

Nick put it plainly: TikTok encourages AI, but not bad AI. Three arms, a garment that morphs mid-video, a product that does not match the listing, or exaggerated claims are what get videos removed and accounts banned. Lou shared that his early bottom-of-funnel AI page made money and then got suspended. Danyal's point was that most people burn hours and credits in general tools looking for one working prompt, which is why FlowFits has the prompts built in as tested styles and checks each video against the product photo before you see it.

Scaling: from one account to many

Asked what to do once one account works, Danyal said he would not add one more account but two or three, with different characters: a woman on one, a man on the next, a plus-size creator on another. He went from one account in May to eight by October, with two more being set up, run as a system rather than by posting every video himself. FlowFits is built for that: one saved creator per account and Bulk Drop to make a batch across accounts in one run. How to run multiple TikTok Shop accounts with AI covers the details.

The AI content operator

Lou named the shift: from content creating to content operating. An AI content operator picks the products, runs the AI that makes the videos, checks them and reads the results. He laid it out in three phases: post a wide spread of styles and hooks to see what sticks, scale the winners while finding new angles instead of copying, then move to brand deals and retainers. We wrote the role up in full in what is an AI content operator.

Where FlowFits fits

Danyal closed by naming flowfits.io: the software he built for TikTok Shop fashion videos, with workflows and tested styles so you do not have to learn prompting. One product photo goes in, you approve the first frame, and a checked vertical video comes out. TikTok asks creators to label realistic AI content, and FlowFits does not post for you, so labeling stays part of your posting. The plans are below.

Questions

Who are Danyal and Lou?

Danyal is the founder of FlowFits, the AI tool for TikTok Shop fashion videos. Lou runs The Lucrative Agency, which trains students to grow AI pages on TikTok Shop. Both were human-content affiliates before switching to AI.

Where can I watch the interview?

On Nick G's YouTube channel, published October 12, 2026. The link is on this page.

Why do they say fashion is the best niche for AI on TikTok Shop?

Because the product sells itself on a person and fits within TikTok's community guidelines, while regulated categories like supplements tend to run into problems.

What is an AI content operator?

The person who runs an account's content with AI doing the filming: choosing products, making and checking the videos, posting them and reading what worked.

How much can you make with AI on TikTok Shop?

There is no typical number. The figures in the interview are the speakers' own accounts. Results depend on products, niche and consistency, and nobody can honestly promise an income.
